Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped free of charge via UPS ground service within the Continental United States.   Hawaii and Alaska, please email customerservice@pedalvillage.com for a quote.  Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.  If you would prefer your order expedited, please contact us for shipping options and charges.  Orders will not be shipped to Post Office Boxes.


Although we will try to get your order to you in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee a specific date.  Shipping time will vary depending on product destination.  During Christmas season, orders may take longer to be shipped.  Orders placed on the weekends will be processed on Monday.  The average delivery time is usually 5-10 business days.


In an effort to keep product costs down, pedal cars are shipped directly to the customer from the manufacturer.

Village will not be held responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.  If your box appears damaged when it arrives, you must email your request to customerservice@pedalvillage.com immediately, at which time an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return merchandise instructions will be sent to you.  The RMA number must be clearly marked on the box. 
 

Return Policy:


Returns will be accepted only on damaged merchandise or manufacturing defects (as determined by the manufacturer). Refunds can only be issued on the following:  

Returns directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted.  You must email your request to customerservice@pedalvillage.com immediately, at which time an RMA number and instructions will be sent to you.  The RMA number must be clearly marked on the box. Once an item is authorized to be returned, you should:

  1. Be sure all original packaging is included.
  2. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the box.
  4. Keep proof of shipment in the event of loss.  Merchandise with a value of over $100.00 should be insured.   We can not be held responsible for merchandise that does not reach our department. 

Returns will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer.  Replacement will ONLY be for the same model. 


A cancelled order will be credited in the full amount only if product has not been shipped. 


Shipping and handling fees for the product are the responsibility of the customer. 


Received orders may not be returned unless for damaged product as noted above.
