1.      How will my order be shipped?  

We ship orders free of charge via UPS ground services within the Continental United States.  Hawaii and Alaska, please call or email us at customerservice@pedalvillage.com for a shipping quote.  Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.   

2.      Can my order be expedited?  

Yes, but our free shipping offer can not be included in these options.  Please call or email us at customerservice@pedalvillage.com to obtain a quote for the extra cost needed to ship your order. 

3.  Are pedal cars safe for children to ride?

Yes, they are certified to be child safety approved.  They are made of heavy gauge steel and finished in lead-free powder coated paint.  Your children and grandchildren will have many wonderful years of fun with their pedal cars. 

4.  Is there any assembly involved? 

          Most of our pedal cars and pedal planes require minimal assembly. 

5.     Are your pedal cars reproductions of the original car?  

Yes.  Many of our cars are licensed by the manufacturer that made the real cars.  The 1965 Mustang pedal car, designed from the original tooling, is licensed by Ford Motor Company.  The 1965 Shelby GT-350 Pedal Car was designed after the world famous 1965 Ford Shelby G.T. 350 and is fully licensed by Carroll Shelby and Ford Motor Company.  Great pedal cars for kids and collectors.   

6.     What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  

7.     When will my credit card be charged?  

Your credit card will be charged when your order has been submitted unless the product has been placed on back order.  In this case, we will charge your credit card once your product is ready to be shipped.  You will be notified if this is the case.  

8.     What is your Return Policy?  

Returns are accepted only on damaged merchandise or manufacturing defects (as determined by the manufacturer).

• You must email us with your return request at customerservice@pedalvillage.com immediately, at which time an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and further instructions will be sent to you. 
• Returns will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer.  Replacement will only be for the same model.
• A cancelled order will be credited in the full amount only if the product has not been shipped.
